The project is located in Fengzhen, Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, with the project owner being Fengzhen Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd. (Fengzhen IPIC).
The project will utilize landfills generated by aluminum-magnesium alloy production and heavy industry waste within the industrial park to construct a 6 + 15 MW ground-mounted distributed solar PV plant.
The project plans to deploy monocrystalline silicon modules of 580 Wp or higher, with an estimated 36,206 solar panels. The installation will use prefabricated concrete bases combined with mounting racks at a 25° tilt angle.
Once completed and connected to the grid, this project will become Fengzhen’s first distributed ground-mounted PV project supporting rural revitalization
